ELDER ROSA GRAY INTERCESSORY PRAYER
BIOGRAPHY
Sister Rosa Gray has been a member of Christian Church for eighteen years and has served in the office of Elder for almost seven years., during this time she has had the privilege and honor of ministering through prayer and the word of God to many people inside and outside the church. As Head of the Intercessory Prayer group, she strongly believes that prayer is the first step in resolving every issue in life. The fact is supported by one of her favorite scriptures (James 5:16) which includes the words " The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man (person)availeth much."
Her life apart from Christian Church includes being the mother of two young adults (Derek and Jayna), working for a Telecommunications Company for Twenty Nine years now, attending two bible study groups, and participating in the annual Southeast Texas Spiritual Warfare Conference.
One desire of her heart is to fulfill God's calling to minister in prayer and words of encouragement to those who have special needs in their lives and who also believe in the power of the prayer of agreement (Matthew 18:19). A second desire is to see the power of God manifested in the earth today. She believes this can happen if christians strive toward making the words in II Chronicles 7:14 a reality in their lives. ("If my people which are called by name, would humble themselves and pray....."). God is waiting on us to do our part so that He can do his.
